Account
An account is free and optional. It buys you exactly one thing, but that thing matters: your progress stops depending on a single device.
Why bother
Without an account you can still play everything. Your progress is saved in browser storage on the device you are using, and only there. Which means:
- Clearing site data erases it, and we cannot bring it back.
- A new phone means starting from zero.
- Purchases are tied to that one device too.
With an account, all three stop being problems. Progress, collection, and purchases live on the server and read the same on every device you sign in to.
Create an account or sign in
All of it happens inside the game, in the same account panel you use day to day. There is no separate sign-in box on this site, and that is deliberate: two doors mean two places that can behave differently.
That link opens the game and takes you straight to the account panel. If you are mid-round, finish it first. The panel will wait.
Two ways in, both free: email and password, or one tap with Google. If you have been playing as a guest, the progress you built comes with you the first time you create an account.
What your account holds
- Your player name, portrait, badges, and the frame you wear.
- The snakes and accessories you own, including the ones bought with real money.
- Diamonds, energy, power-up pouch contents, and vouchers.
- Missions, achievements, your login streak, and your personal records.
On the leaderboard, your identity is your account. So changing your display name does not split your records into two rows, and changing devices does not turn you into a stranger there.
What you can do yourself
All of it is inside the game, with nothing to request from anyone:
| Move devices | Sign in with the same email or Google. Your collection comes back on its own. More |
|---|---|
| Forgot password | A reset link goes to your recovery email. More |
| Change display name | From your player card. More |
| Download your data | Settings, the Account section. The file holds what we store about you. More |
| Sign out everywhere | Settings, the Account section. Useful if you ever signed in on someone else's device. |
Deleting your account
Self-service from inside the game: Settings, the Account section, then Delete account. You are asked for your password once more, because a device left unlocked must not be able to delete someone's account.
Deletion runs after a 7 day grace period, and during that window signing back in is enough to cancel it. After it passes, diamonds, snakes, streak, and purchases are gone for good and cannot be restored, not even by us.
The details of what is erased and what is retained for legal obligations are in the Privacy Policy.
