Every route below arrives in the same inbox. What differs is how quickly it reaches the right pile, and the ticket forms are always quicker because they carry a number.
Something is wrong in game
Something broke, you cannot get into your account, or a purchase has not arrived. Use the ticket form rather than plain email: you get a ticket number right away, and that number is what we look up when you follow up.

Downloading your data and deleting your account are self-service inside the game, with nothing to request from anyone. For anything beyond those two, write to the address below and mention your account name.

If you would rather write a plain email, there is one address, and this is it. It carries everything: players, business, press, and legal.
There is no automatic acknowledgement. A quiet inbox for a few hours does not mean your message was lost, it means no human has opened it yet.
What makes the reply come sooner
- The player name you use in game, if this is about an account, progress, or the leaderboard.
- The device and browser you play on, for example Android 14 with Chrome.
- When it happened, as close as you remember. The time lets us open the server log at the right place.
- Your Google Play order number, if this is about a purchase.
What you can settle yourself
These four are the ones most often asked by email, even though all four are inside the game and finish on the spot, with nobody to wait for.

Anyone claiming to be Snake Verse
We do not have an official community channel yet.
Any social account, chat group, or site claiming to represent this game is not us, and we cannot help with anything that happens there. When an official channel opens, it will be announced on this page and in the release notes.
We never ask for your password, by email or by message, and we never promise free diamonds outside the game. Our only official site is snakeverse.app, and our only official address is [email protected].
